Mama Cocha Bar


Single-origin Criollo, the rarest variety of cacao. Grown and processed in Mompiche, Ecuador by a chocolate maker taught by natives. He follows the traditional process of fermentation, drying, and roasting by open fire. This is deeply reflected in the smooth earthy taste. The ingredients are simple: organic cacao, organic cacao butter, and organic sugar.
